Most small teams don't have a content problem. They have a tool sprawl problem. Drafts live in one chat app, designs in another, the post scheduler somewhere else, customer DMs in three different inboxes, and the analytics in a dashboard nobody opens.
Ditfa is my answer to that. It is a single AI workspace where you describe a goal in one sentence and get finished work back: emails, posts, slides, landing pages, designs, and even floor plans and 3D models. You review every step before anything goes live.
This post explains what Ditfa does, how it is organized, and why I built it this way.
Instead of prompting a chatbot and copy-pasting the result into five other tools, you ask Ditfa in plain words:
"Plan a two-week launch for our new trail shoe: three emails, five social posts and a landing page."
Ditfa plans the timeline, drafts the emails and posts in your brand voice, lines them up around launch day, and builds the landing page — all in the same chat. The output is not a wall of text; it is usable artifacts you can edit, schedule, export or publish.
Two principles guide every feature:
Ditfa groups its capabilities into three areas.
| Feature | What it does |
|---|---|
| Social posts & scheduling | Create posts with AI, plan a weekly content calendar, and schedule to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube |
| Marketing automation | Automate comment and DM replies by keyword, with approval before anything goes live |
| Email campaigns | Write newsletters and follow-up sequences, design reusable templates, and see which messages get clicks |
| Customer support inbox | Answer common questions with AI from one shared inbox, and hand sensitive conversations to a human |
| Analytics & growth advisor | Track followers, leads and email clicks, then ask the advisor what to fix first |
The growth advisor is my favorite part. Dashboards tell you what happened; the advisor tells you what to do next — for example, "Reels posted on Tuesdays reach twice as many people. Plan one more this week."
This is where Ditfa goes beyond a typical marketing tool:
Why put CAD next to Instagram scheduling? Because the people I build for — founders, small studios, agencies — wear all of these hats. A real-estate startup needs listing posts and floor plans. A product brand needs launch emails and a 3D model for its store.
Ditfa runs on the web, with desktop apps for macOS, Windows and Linux, a Chrome/Brave extension, and mobile — one account everywhere. A few details that make it feel native:
ditfa:// links and launch at login.Ditfa ships with its own default model, Helixfa Flash, and lets you switch to GPT, Claude, Gemini or DeepSeek per conversation.
Ditfa also exposes your workspace over MCP (Model Context Protocol). That means you can connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or Antigravity to your Ditfa docs, sheets, designs, sites and marketing tools — and choose exactly what each AI app is allowed to do. In Tools only mode, those connected apps don't consume Ditfa credits.
You can try Ditfa free, no sign-up needed. Start with one sentence describing what you want to ship this week — and see how much of it comes back finished.
